Postpartum Doula Profile

Hi, I’m Ellen! I’m a certified postpartum doula (DONA) and lactation healthcare provider working toward IBCLC certification (the gold standard in lactation care). Before recently returning to New York, I spent hundreds of hours supporting families in both hospital and outpatient settings in Philadelphia, helping with everything from breastfeeding and pumping to relactation and formula feeding. My approach for both lactation care and postpartum doula support is practical, evidence-based, and always centered on what works best for you.

I live 15 minutes east of Canandaigua and offer postpartum doula support and lactation support in Ontario, Seneca, Yates, and Wayne counties, as well as lactation consults in Syracuse and virtually. Wherever you are in your postpartum or feeding journey, don't hesitate to reach out!
