With over a decade of experience supporting families across Los Angeles and now here in Rochester, New York, I am a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula, a Certified Lactation Educator, and hold master’s degrees in Developmental Psychology and Public Health. Alongside my doula work, I have built a career in maternal and child health through leadership, teaching, and research roles at UCLA and other organizations, and have worked on maternal health initiatives both domestically and abroad in India.
My approach combines evidence-based education, compassionate guidance, and intuitive care to help families navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with confidence, supporting them in making decisions that align with their values and goals. I support all birth experiences - whether unmedicated, medicated, cesarean, or somewhere in between - with the goal of helping you feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported every step of the way.
As a mother of two daughters myself, I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of welcoming new life and growing into parenthood. It is a privilege to walk alongside families during this extraordinary chapter.
