I am a photographer by trade and the birth journey of my daughter, River 3 years ago was life changing. I was fortunate enough to experience birth deeply embodied and connected to my inuition while in the caring hands of an incredibly supportive and nurturing care team.

it planted a seed,

a dream of capturing the transformative magic of birth in photographs while also using my training to provide hands on birth support, sharing resources, connecting clients with local birth workers, aiding in preserving agency and bodily autonomy throughout the entire birthing process, releasing fear, and being an advocate for you in navigating the modern birth system. I believe my biggest job as a doula is to help preserve an environment of care and safety where birthing families are able to tap into their intuition to bring their babies earth side the way they desire.

in 2025 I received my Doula DONA certification from Beautiful Birth Choices in Rochester and have been continuing my education through a Birthing from Within mentorship program. learning, growing, and getting to apply all of my passions while witnessing the incredible strength of birthing folks is LIGHTING ME UP and I would love to come alongside you in your journey!
