Hello my name is Megan Stavalone and I am a prenatal and postpartum certified chiropractor and trained birth doula here in Rochester, NY. I have over a decade of experience supporting women through pregnancy with the Webster Technique (a chiropractic technique specific to pregnancy) and have published research on using the Webster technique for breech babies. I also have extensive training with infant feeding through chiropractic care and help families navigate the often confusing world of breastfeeding. I have experience with labor inductions and high-risk pregnancies, and am passionate about helping families navigate these often difficult situations (after having been through it myself). I am currently taking birth doula clients on a limited basis!
