Hi, I’m Mary of Sewn in Spirit and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m passionate about supporting families in their dream birth experience through personalized doula care, lactation support, and placenta encapsulation. I offer heart-centered, individualized support that nurtures both the birthing person and their support team, helping you feel empowered, confident, and deeply cared for every step of the way.

Alongside my doula work, I’m a full-time hospital lactation counselor and previously worked as a liver and kidney transplant nurse. My clinical work has built a strong foundation for my doula care, allowing me to provide empathetic, compassionate support to every family I serve.
