Hi, I’m Caroline, a birth doula.

My journey to becoming a doula began with the birth of my son in July 2022—an experience made profoundly meaningful by the support of my own doula at the time, and one that revealed a deep calling to support other women and couples as they prepare for birth. In July 2024, I completed my birth doula training through Beautiful Birth Choices. Since then, I have been thoughtfully stepping into this path while prioritizing my time at home raising my son.

I believe every family deserves the freedom to make choices that feel right for them. My role is to help quiet the external noise, support you in trusting your intuition, and create space for you to feel informed, empowered, and confident in your birth experience.

Whether you are still exploring your birth wishes or already have a clear plan, I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental, evidence-based support and a calming, loving presence throughout your journey.

It is truly an honor to be invited into this sacred season of life, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you create a birth experience that feels uniquely your own.
