I’m Barbara, a birth and postpartum doula that offers extended childbirth prep during prenatal appointments. You can expect physiological birth, that is birth which unfolds with the body’s natural rhythm, to be highly supported throughout the perinatal period of your care. My birth philosophy favors birth as a normal and natural event. Education and knowledge for truly informed consent and personal autonomy is interwoven into every aspect of care - this allows me to advocate for YOUR desires with full confidence in the decisions YOU make! Being skilled at restoring and maintaining peace in chaotic moments, I can help you remain grounded throughout all aspects of labor and birth. You can expect attentive care and full trust with me.
